1. Return Window

  • You can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, innerwear, and customised products cannot be returned.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the item.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, inform us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
