You can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return

Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, innerwear, and customised products cannot be returned.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, inform us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
